Terms of use

Short, plain-English terms for a free fan project.

The deal

Oak's Binder is free to use and will stay free. There is no subscription, no premium tier and no feature gate.
You need an account so your collection can be saved to your profile rather than a single browser.
You must be old enough to hold an account under the law where you live, or have a parent or guardian set one up for you.

You own the collection data you enter. You can export it as CSV or JSON, or delete it entirely, from Settings at any time.
Anything you publish through a share link or the leaderboards is visible to anyone with the link. Remove the link to unpublish it.

Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the service, or use it to harass other collectors.
Collector names shown publicly must not be offensive or impersonate someone else. We may reset a name that breaks this.
Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended or removed.

Card details, images and set information come from third-party databases and may contain errors or gaps.
Prices are indicative market estimates from TCGplayer and Cardmarket. They are not offers, valuations or investment advice — always check a live marketplace before buying or selling.
The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime or inaccurate third-party data.
